At Spearhead Training we have been offering courses in both sales and management since 1981, we now also offer training in business skills and PA and office support.
Our training courses offer your staff an insight into the many different scenarios they could find themselves in, our training courses will teach your staff how to make the best out of a bad situation and to ensure that both your company and your client are happy with the result.
Our sales courses will encourage your staff to try and make a sale where they believe one would not be made, just by slightly changing the techniques they are using. While our management courses will show your managers how to encourage their staff to do well and how to ensure that all staff are fully informed.
A training course may take place over a period of a few days to ensure that the training can delivered in a way which will be effective and beneficial to the people whom are on the course. You can choose whether you attend a training course which is over a few days or a training course which is over one day, the length of course depends on the level you choose to do as the more advanced the course the more information and techniques there are to be learnt.
